How Agile Futurist uses personal data when you visit luminaos.cloud.
LuminaOS is a trade name of Agile Futurist. Agile Futurist is registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 77207777), with its head office at De Nieuwe Erven 3, 5431 NV Cuijk, the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Questions about this policy or your data: privacy@agilefuturist.com.
This policy covers your visit to luminaos.cloud. It does not cover the LuminaOS platform itself, where our customers (the hotels) decide how the data of their guests and staff is used. Our contract and data processing agreement with each customer describe our role as their processor.
Server logs. When you open a page, our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the address you came from and your browser type. We use these logs to run the site, keep it secure and investigate misuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them for 90 days.
Your cookie choice. Our cookie banner (Cookiez, a service of Elementor) stores your choice in a cookie on your device for 180 days, with a consent ID, and records the choice with Elementor so that we can show which choice you made. Basis: our legal obligation to be able to show consent (Article 6(1)(c) and Article 7(1) GDPR). See our Cookie Policy.
Accessibility tools. The accessibility button on this site is loaded from Elementor’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Elementor when the page loads. The settings you choose in it stay in your browser. Basis: our legitimate interest in a website everyone can use (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our website assistant. If you use the LuminaOS AI Assistant on this site, we use the questions you type, the assistant’s answers and the excerpts of this website it answers from, to reply to you. Your questions are sent to Mistral AI SAS, which provides the language model, through its endpoint in the European Union. Before your first question, the assistant asks for your agreement. Basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to privacy@agilefuturist.com; this does not affect what happened before. We keep conversations on our website for 90 days and then delete them. To prevent misuse, the assistant limits how many questions a visitor can ask per day, which it tracks by IP address. Please do not type personal, health or payment details into the chat.
When you email us. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to answer you and to follow up. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you asked for before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Our contact and demo forms. If you use the form on our Contact or Book a demo page, we use your name, email address and the details you give about your property and your question to answer you and arrange a demo, with your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@agilefuturist.com; this does not affect what happened before. The message reaches us by email; the website keeps its own copy, with a record of your consent, for 30 days and does not store your IP address.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
We use no analytics, no advertising and no social media tracking on this website. We do not sell personal data, and no decision about you is made by automated means alone.
All three act on our behalf. We share data with others only when the law requires it.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, and to correct, delete or restrict it, or to receive it in a usable format. You may object at any time to any use that rests on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. Contact privacy@agilefuturist.com.
You may also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work, or where you think the breach happened. Ours is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We update this policy when the website changes. The date below shows the latest version.
